Salsa has been big inĀ Europe and USA for a long time now, however there’s been a new trend emerging in both continents, and women and men have been taking pole dancing lessons in order to feel more confident about their bodies, find a way to express themselves and keep fit. Pole dancing lessons aren’t just for ladies of the night, but for everyday folk too!
We see city professionals, students, stay at home moms, dancers of other disciplines walking into our pole dancing classes on a weekly basis, and we have a friendly and welcoming envonrment which allows all the attendees of our pole dancing lessons to feel comfortable, and free to have fun without judgement or ridicule.
Pole dancing lessons and classes are arranged to suit everyone, typically classes are arranged in blocks of 10 students to 1 teacher in a professional studio setting, with the highest quality poles to ensure students of all shapes and sizes can work without injury. And private lessons can be arranged also for students who feel they require a more personalised approach or are shy dancing in front on others.
So why do so many choose to take pole dancing lessons?
- Great way to excercise and learn body coordination and timing
- Builds core body strength and burns fat
- Tones your abdomen and thighs
- Allows women to feel more sensual and confident expressing themselves.
Pole Dancing Lessons are also a great way to make friends with other people who have similar interests to yourself, and we have plenty of couplesand first daters who like to experience the fun and enjoyment of learning pole dancing.
Pole Dancing Lessons can be great for hen parties and you can book a private class just for the hen and her friends to enjoy a night of fun and laughter and if you’re the darey one in your group of friends you could even get yourself the Pole Position book for an amazing low value, to show of some of your latest pole dancing moves.
For group bookings you may need to book in advance as there has been a recent high demand for pole dancing lessons throughout the country and centres tend to run full quite often. So please book at least a couple weeks in advance for group bookings if you want to secure your place in a pole dancing class.
What to wear to pole dancing lessons?
For beginners all you need is your ususal gym kit, a pair of jogging bottoms is great as it prevents chafing on the bar, and a tshirt is fine, don’t forget to bring a bottle of water for hydration as pole dancing is quite tiring and a clean set of clothes, towel and shower gel if you prefer to change on site before leaving.
